Near Milot, Haiti, Académie Lead Haiti is the hub, already operating with several of the Blueprint's interventions in place. This is an early proof of concept, not yet a completed test.
A true test of the model requires adding the surrounding spokes and bringing most of the 78 interventions online together, so they reinforce one another as designed. Until that full cluster is built and running, the economics remain projections we are working to validate, not results we have proven.
