For decades, educating the world's poorest children has been treated as an expense to be covered forever. Aid builds a school; the funding eventually stops; the school decays; and the cycle begins again. Meanwhile literacy, enrollment and completion rates barely move.
We started No Forgotten Kids to break that cycle. When a school earns its own way, feeding students, powering its community, training a trade, it can never be taken away for lack of a grant. That is the difference between charity and ownership, and it is the whole of our mission.

Frank M. Shooster
A Gusi Peace Prize laureate, former Senate staffer, and accomplished attorney who redirected his career to what he calls "the greatest moral failure of our time", the denial of education to hundreds of millions of children.
He authored the Alternative Long Range Energy Strategies Act and the "Wrongful Discharge" chapter of the ABA Treatise on Employment Law. As former Co-CEO of Global Response (2,500 employees), he ran legal and HR operations nationwide. Frank has personally invested over $500,000 and committed an additional $1,000,000, along with 2,500+ hours developing the Blueprint.

Edie Scott
Edie brings 25 years of UX research and design, an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, and firsthand development experience as a former Peace Corps volunteer in Burundi. She leads NFK's funding strategy, donor relationships, organizational standards, and strategic planning, ensuring the organization operates with rigor, accountability, and a clear path to scale.
Rev. Pastor Jose Jean-Pierre, L.Th.
Rev. Pastor Jose Jean-Pierre founded Lead Haiti in 2004 to rescue, heal, educate, empower, and transform the lives of Haiti's most vulnerable children. A Gusi Peace Prize laureate, he leads NFK's on-the-ground implementation partner, responsible for construction, operations, teacher management, and day-to-day delivery at Académie Lead Haiti, the Blueprint's Proof of Concept near Milot.
