Two hundred fifty million children live in extreme poverty without access to quality education. Traditional approaches have failed them. Government expansion, fee abolition, cash transfers, technology—none have achieved education for all.

The Blueprint offers a different path. Not more money for broken systems, but transformation of education economics. 

The Blueprint offers sixty-two interventions, many of them currently being implemented in Milot, Haiti at our first proof-of-concept campus, Academie- Lead Haiti. These interventions reduce costs, generate revenue, improve learning, and reach excluded populations. 

The question is not whether transformation is possible. The evidence presented in The Blueprint demonstrates that it is. 

The question is whether we have the will to pursue it.
